SIMPLE PRESENT RULES
1.       Add  S aat the end of the verb for 3rd singular person.
2.       If the verb ends in (s,ss,ch,sh,x,o) add es at the end of the
 Verb For 3rd singular person.
3.       If the verb ends in y after consonant,change it for IES, for
3rd singular person.
